1.  '  LTHY'  ?

Pronounce 'Healthy'. Contraction from the word healthy. Lthy was created because we constantly come across amazing products that change our lives and make for a better, greener and healthier one. And we want to share those products with all.

2. What material are the face mask protective cases made of ?                     They're made of a recyclable 'food graded' PP material, similar as in drink bottles, giving both you and your masks protection.

2. Why not using  a cloth / textile material ?                                       

Because they'd let bacterias go through and would not fully isolate your mask. Our face mask protector is a wall ! a wall !

3. What type of mask(s) is it suitable for ?

Actually for any type of masks.  But it's best suited for cotton/textile masks, rather than for the disposable medical / surgical masks which are not meant to be folded and have a very short life span.

4. How many masks can I put in the ''Lthy'' face mask protective case ?

As many as you can squeeze in, but used masks are not meant to be kept together. They should be isolated from one another to prevent potential contamination. Therefore, we strongly recommend to use one face mask per case, only, and to wash each case very regularly.

5. What are the standard shipping times for your products?                       

It takes us between 24 and 48h to process your order and after it is shipped out, it takes 5-12 days to be delivered to your mailbox, in Europe. Delivery delays might differ from country to country and we strongly apologize if your order might take some more time. 

6. Do you ship all over the world?                                                                 

No, we currently ship out to European customers, only. We're based in Europe and most our products are also here in Europe, hence we decided to focus on Europe. 

7. Where do we ship your product from?                                                 

We're in the Benelux area and most our products are shipped from Europe as well. Each order is handled individually by Lthy. Most of the products are here with us, in Europe and we ship from Europe to Europe.

8. How long does it take? 

We get your order ready to go within 48h of receiving it. It then takes between 5-12 days by Post, based on the country where you are in Europe. For complete shipping infos please see our 'Shipping Policy page.
