Refund policy
Our unique goal is to satisfy our customers by providing them useful quality products. It might happen that you change mind or intend to return your purchased products. The present Policy aims at framing those circumstances :
1. Right of Retractation & Return
Based on the current EU laws, you have 14 days to reconsider your purchase decision and cancel your oder, and return the ordered product in case those have already been delivered to you in the meantime. The legal delay of 14 days starts on the day you have entered and paid your order on our platform.
If you choose to cancel and return your order within this legal period of 14 days, you do not have to justify your choice and we will not charge you a penalty. Simply notify us of the return at customer@lthy.eu and/or orders@lthy.eu and wait for our instructions to follow.
The refund will be made within thirty days of the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal and after we receive the products in return.
Your order must be in its original condition and will be reshipped at your expense to our premises (address will be indicated by email ).
Once your return has been received and checked, you will receive an email to inform you that we have received your order and we will proceed with the refund (unless the products have been used or damaged (in case scratches are visible, for example).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Damages and issues upon receiving your order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at : orders@lthy.eu , with your Details, your Order number and a description of the problem.
3. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Exchanges
Only defective or damaged products as well as products that do not correspond to your original order can be replaced. In this case, please send us photos of the affected products and a notification by Email to: orders@lthy.eu , with your Details, your Order number and a description of the problem.
We will handle your case within five working says at most and will resend you the right items by post.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item in the event of a problem during transportation or delivery by Post.
