Shipping policy
- We ship allover Europe (only) through the Post.
- Orders are prepared and shipped out during weekdays (Mon through Fri)
- Standard delivery times range from 6 to 14 days, based on the destination.
- Lunchboxes and Apple cables are automatically shipped with a Tracking number.
- For face mask protective cases, in case you select the 'Follow Me' option, you and us can track your shipment and get notified when your parcel is delivered to your mailbox. No signature is required and this service comes for a very small extra fee (1.9 EUR - Cost price).
- As we cannot control the shipping times, we cannot be held responsible for any possible delay encountered. Some national posts encounter longer shipping times due to the current pandemic. We'll make our best to help you solve any issue that would arise.
- All products are shipped with a protective plastic bubble wrap, except the hand soap paper sheets which are pre-packed in a blister and don't require additional plastic bubble in the enveloppe.
